...as to when we'll be seeing the first VWL resale?
I was also curious as to how long after BWV went on sale that anyone noticed the first resale.

how about once vwl is sold out and shortly after bcv starts selling? it will really depend on the per point cost of purchasing through disney; there were some projections of $80-$85 per point for bcv. if someone bought in at vwl at $72 and needed to sell in the next year or so, then an asking price of $75 per point would still be cheaper than buying directly through disney.
