If F! is at 8:00, you won't have time to go back through Streets of America. Not real sure why you want to. You'll walk through it on your way to LMA. You may not even have time for Great Movie Ride after dinner depending on how long you have to wait for your ADR.

Without a F! pkg or FP+ for F!, you'll want to be lining up about an hour before the show.

Just might be a little tough for a four year old. Maybe take in a indoor show
for a power nap during #5,6,7 one mans dream or do they still have American Idol show. I know I like to nap at shows on full days, have fun.

It's imperative to be there well before opening so you can get in line for TSM. The line can get to 60 mintues very fast. As long as that works out it looks good.

If I were you, I'd skip Muppets in the morning and hit Star Tours immediately. Then proceed to your next stop. You can get Muppets later - it won't be crowded. If you do this, I think you could possibly get to Mermaid before lines get crazy and get a different FP instead, perhaps Tower of Terror if you're interested.

Also I'd consider the playground visit later in the day when a massive meltdown could happen and DS will need a nice break to be free of lines & running around. He'll likely still be pretty fresh around the time it looks like you'd hit there right now.

thanks for the feedback everyone.

I think I will make some changes (why did I have Muppets so early ) ; there's an 830 F!, so I think we'll be fine there. As for DS, he's pretty strong on these 1 day trips; but moving the play time to after lunch may be a better idea, keep him moving in the AM.

On paper the touring plan looks good but I don't think 12+ hours of essentially non-stop touring will go over too well with your 4-year-old. I say that as a Mom of a 4-year-old myself. Little ones need breaks (whether that be a nap or just some quiet time in a shaded area) and aside from the HISTK playground and dinner at Sci-Fi I don't see any in your schedule nor does there appear to be time to fit one in. It's just something to consider; if it were my DD there would be no way we'd make it to F! (at least without a screaming toddler) by the end of the night.

Watch out for the weather for the early Indiana Jones Show. I am not sure what the magical cold temperature is but twice when we have been there they skipped scenes in the first show because the temperature was to cold for hydraulics. If I had to guess I would say 30/40's. They were able to do it later in the day however, it was just the early one.

I think it's a pretty good plan with some suggestions for others, I would not rule out American Idol, One Man's dream or animation academy for downtime and animation academy has a drawing academy that's a great thing where you can learn to draw a character, I think breaks are essential and rest time for your little one and you you may get star tours done without a FP too
