Has any Canadians booked with itravel2000? I did a google search and it seems they have a bad rep so I'm scared to book with them. I see they allow you to redeem Petro Canada Points towards your booking, we have quite a bit of points, and would at least be able to save $175 from the points so was wondering if they are save to book with. Thanks

we have but book only the flights, they cant do anything with Disney if you need changes. Or look at switching your points to airmiles or something else if you can. Or get gift cards with the points

I was thinking of booking a hotel only with them for Universal. I have looked into switching them but they can't be switch to airmiles or anything useful. LOL. As for gift cards, nothing useful either. LOL. I was just hoping to use it towards our trip since we have all these points.

I booked an all inclusive package to Punta Cana with them back in May for travel in June. I had fantastic service from the agent. The day after I booked the price dropped $240 and she tried to get the tour operator to either refund the money or upgrade us at the resort. I received all the documents before the date they were to arrive and had a nice email with a bunch of tips and reminders.

I would not hesitate to book with them again.
