Anyone booked with Charter Travel before?

Have had a really good quote from charter travel however have never booked with them before...any adivce would be appreciated....my concern with them is that any increase in flights will have to be covered at the time....are all operators doing this???

we have booked with them twice, last year and again this year, they have always said it could be a possibilty for a fare increase, but it hasnt happened yet, the only thing I would say is that they are very strict on any changes etc but we have always had prompt and reliable service with them.
