Anyone booked DVC Wishes Fireworks Cruise for October or December?

DH and I would love to take one of the DVC Wishes Fireworks Cruises when we're at WDW late October or early December. It's listed on the Events Calendar on the member website for both of the dates that would be possible for us. I called a couple of weeks ago and again yesterday hoping to book, but the CM said it wasn't showing in the system and she couldn't tell whether both dates were fully booked vs. just not taking reservations yet. Anyone else booked for October or December, or have any relevant knowledge? TIA!
