anyone been with Leisure direction

Hi,
has anyone used these guys before.
I booked a few weeks ago for a June 16th 4 night holiday.
All they have sent me is a small confirmation invoice.
Most holiday companies send all sorts of glossy info to get you excited etc etc.
Have they forgotten or do they not do that?
