Anyone been to cedar point ?

Just booked for their ride and run.. anyone been ? Thoughts tips?

I've been a number of times but not recently.
If you like coasters its the place to go!
My tip would be figure out which coasters you want to go on and then start small and work up because if you do the top ones first then the smaller ones won't seem as fun.
Be prepared to wait in very very long lines or be prepared to pay quite a bit to by pass the lines.

We did it years ago as part of a multi-park vacation (Wonderland, Darien Lake and Cedar Point). Two things we did to make the most of the visit (over multiple days) was stay on-site in one of the "cottages" which worked out great in the park was literally across a parking lot which allowed us to go back and forth without driving anywhere for a break and hit the park again later day and we (used to do every year way back - not anymore) upgraded our Wonderland season passes that gave access to Cedar Point as well (and early admit privileges). Back then thought the best coasters at Cedar Point were better than Wonderland though have not kept up with Cedar Points ride changes each year but Wonderland now would beat Cedar Point in coaster thrills from back then IMO.

We waited in one line and then opted to purchase the line skipping pass. I've heard that last year they had a Black Friday deal which included a free skip the line pass with a full price ticket. Hopefully they offer it again this year.
