Anyone been to Aunt Polly's lately?

Did they add the sandwiches back on the menu? Allears still says just brownies and such, but I thought I read someone saying they enjoyed their lunch there.

Anyone know?

I don't think so...as far as know it's always been dessert type things. We ate ice cream there once. Actually, the last time or two we've been there, it was closed. So I dont' know if they've redone things, but I don't think they had sandwiches there when we went.

As of 2 weeks ago they didn't have any sandwiches and the ice cream machine wasn't working very well.

many years ago they had sandwiches and fried chicken. We used to love going over to Tom Sawyers Island and sitting on the pier/patio and eat our fried chicken and watch the crowds in Frontierland.

P.S. Does anyone remember the HUGE pickle you could buy at Aunt Poly's?

First pickle I ever had was one of those huge ones from Aunt Polly's...I have been a pickle fan ever since!

I used to LOVE that pickle! We used to split one along with some fried chicken & lemonades..... I wish Aunt Polly's still had that picnic fare - it was such a nice spot for lunch....

Thanks guys! We were always partial to the ham and cheese sandwiches. Just simple, but good after all the hot dogs and burgers. Loved hanging around the "porch". Oh well!

We really miss the fried chicken. It was such a nice place to eat lunch and relax away from the hectic lunchtime crowds!

Me too, loved that ham and cheese, also pb&j for kids and turkey for my picky daughter! Lemonade too. Oh well....
