Anyone been made a CL yet? I think I have a theory why it takes so long!

OK, I would first like to ask has anyone who applied on the first of december been made a CL yet? It's been about two weeks since I applied, and nothing.

I have a couple of theories why it takes so long for people to be made into CL's:

1) VMK are looking at your chat logs and checking to see if everything's ok, such as no threats to other players, no breaking the VMK rules etc. This doesn't explain how someone was made a CL in 5 days flat, but it is a logical reason

2) There are SO many applications that it takes forever to get through. Think about it, there are 1,500,000 players in VMK, and if everyone were to keep re-appling that it means that they must have lots in their inbox.

3) VMK are looking at your history of chats too. After all, if you have to wait a long time before you can apply, then they must have a lot of chat logs to look up

and 4) They are making sure that the people who apply are the best of the best and well behaved. How would you feel if a CL was mean to other players? not very well at all.

Well, that's enough from me. Hope to be a CL before Christmas!

That's is very true. But there are less people since about like an 3/4 of those are mules lol. But besides that, very intelligent conclusion.

It has been like a month and no reply,but I really want to be one because I have been on VMK since beta.And just yesterday I told a guest how to buy stuff,get credits from NPC's,Today if he is on I will teach him how to take pics and get film.I will soon teach him what advanched mode is.I will help him with some games,I even bought him the nania pin.(he may not even know its out)Heck yesterday I even let him try on my hats.Today I will let him try on the hats with the clothing.He is a very nice friend.I met him when he said can someone give me a tour of VMK and I gave him a tour.(at the Si-Fi Dine-In)

Yes i also applied on the 1st and answered the question and am waiting. I am also when beta and know what i'm doing and am very helpful. In fact just yesterday i was also in the Dine-In and helped many people some not even Guest. All i did was sit on a bench and said "if you have any question or need help in VMK then line up and i will help you" and i had a line of people. There questions differed from "where do you get that hat" (i was wearing a bird hat) to things like "How can i learn more about hidden mickey's" or even "can you help me find a hidden mickey" (which i said yes but only gave them one) but i had the most unusual thing happen to me. and this is a question that i have and i want to know if you knoiw if it's true.
Does anybody know if staff come to you acting like Guests?

Because a guest came up to me and asked all the wrong things and her first question was. "Where can girls find a boy in VMK?" and i told her that boy and girl things are bad and does not help make vmk safe and that she can get in trouble since it's pretty much against VMK Values and Staff is not happy with it happening. And right after i answered all her weird questions she left right away and just said ok. SO I WAS WONDERING IF STAFF COME ON AS GUESTS TO TEST YOU OR SOMETHING BECAUSE SHE ASKED QUESTION THAT CLEARLY WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE IN VMK.

Doubt it. if they looked at that they would have seen how much I help out people, and accepted my application. Instead they gave me a canned email saying I got the answers wrong, which is a bunch of..... well..... LIES.... But I digress. I thought that at first too but I no longer think so.

I applied a few months ago, answered the questions and nothing. Then I reapplied on December 2nd, answered the questions and again nothing. I have never been banned, never been warned, tried to help out as many people as I can. Oh well. If it is meant to be then it will happen. For now I will continue to play and enjoy the game.

Well I don't know if HOST's act like guests but i know that they have other accounts that they use. Somebody asked HOST_Phinny and she said after work as a host she goes onto her "regular" account! So there probably are staff out there as regualr ppl but i don't know if they test you! Kind of creepy if you'd ask me!
