Anyone at Vero now?

On another thread BroganMc says she saw some lovebugs at WDW today. I booked a room for DNiece and her DH and they arrive at Vero on Wednesday for a much needed vacation. Hoping that the lovebugs won't be spoiling their trip to Vero. Has anyone at Vero now seen the pests?

We were there on Friday and no bugs what so ever. Don't really know what a lovebug is but they weren't there.

I'm not in Vero, either.... sadly...

...but I can tell you that we're just starting to see them over here on the west coast. They're few and far between, though... not swarming at all. Our nights are still pretty cool. ...That's probably why we're not seeing them, yet.

I'm in Melbourne, about 40 or so miles north of Vero Beach.

Today is the first time this Spring that I've seen any, but it was only one pair.

I don't think your niece needs to worry.
