Anyone asked about Copyright releases for autograph books?

I recently ordered an autograph book through Shutterfly, but the spacing is all off when it was delivered. I wrote to them, and they are asking for the copyright releases, even though they already made a photobook with all the pics? anyone run into this issue? what did you do?
