anyone any idea how much minnie mouse dress up is

I would have thought they were dearer as most of the Princess dresses are a lot more expensive

I think you're looking at at least double that for a new one at DLRP or even the UK Disney Stores, if not more...

As I come from a family without a DD/DSis, I don't pay a great deal of attention to the dress prices, but I think I remember them being more than £20. I think the DLP ones are £30 - £40 at least (if not more), but don't remember for sure.

I agree - all the dress-up stuff seems to be much more expensive at DLRP than even the Disney stores here in the UK.

I get loads of DD's Disney costumes from ebay - haven't been disappointed in any of my purchases yet.

A lot of people say the outfits at DLRP cost a lot more than anywhere else....

We've also bought DDs Princess dresses off Ebay and always found them really good value

Minnie dresses are not as expensive as the princess ones. DD set her heart on one in May and I think we paid 20 euros. But I may be mistaken and perhaps it was 30 euros! Sorry, that's not really very helpful is it. I think it was 20, because she wanted the shoes as well and they were about 9 so she wasn't allowed both (and I remember thinking how ridiculous the shoes were almost as much as the dress). The one she's got doesn't look the same as that one on ebay though and doesn't have a layered skirt.

i think we will get her it she wants aminnie mouse dree has a few princess dresses but says she wants minnie she gave my friends dd her old one and we r going with them do i think she wants to get that so they can be matching, as wer going to cafe mickey for my friends 30th.
it says on listing only worn once so i think its a good price.
she can pick shoes and ears over there:lovestruc

Just watch it, then bid on it nearer its auction end date. You might still get it - and it might not cost as much as the buy-it-now. Good luck :thumbsup2

Ema, I'm 99% sure they had the dresses with the clouds on in the baby shop on Main Street, the one with the prams outside.

If you do buy at DLP be careful as the sizes tend to be a bit on the small size - DD whose 7 has to have 8-9 years.

when we were there in June the minnie dresses did feature clouds rather than spots but we had pre-bought ours in the disney store, pink with spots ... I have to admit it is very cute but dd only wore it the once in DLP and when we got home due to the colour I turned it inside out in the wash and washed it with two other pink items and put it on a 30 instead of a 40 and when I removed it from the wash 3/4's of the spots had gone :scared1: totally disappeared !!!! Fortunately the disney store replaced it for me but I've not let her wear the new one yet in case the same thing happens again when I wash it !!!!!

Hi Amanda

I was there in June of this year and I'm pretty certain they had the Minnie dress in pink and white or red, black and white for around 40E. I stumped up the extra for a Snow White one for my DD as I felt the design and material was better value for money. As has already been mentioned, my washing machine gets overexcited and dyes things like that. I tend to handwash things like this now as my DD gets really upset...

The Disney Store one is quite expensive but I have since seen them last week in our local Toys R Us and (I might be wrong) but it was £20 or less. I was tempted to get one for our trip at Christmas but my DH was with us and was in a grump that day for spending too much money (so I'll go back on Monday while he's at work to get one... ;) )

Also I echo whats been said about the sizes my DD is a petite 3 year old fitting a UK 2-3 just now. I bought the same over there and it was WAY too tight. Thankfully I tried it on over there on our second last day and it wouldn't meet across her back (French kids must all be skinny midgets lol!) so I had to take it back and exchange it on our last morning to a 4-5 which is a little long but looser round the middle...

Hope this helps and good luck in your crusade...

I like your style, my dh gets well grumpy when I'm looking at little outfits like this too ... he only discovered I'd purchased a snow white costume for dd when we got home :) I agree the sizes in France are tiny. When dd was one we bought her a tinkerbell pirate t-shirt and had to get an age 4 to fit her little tummy in !!!!
