I read it she was able to get her ressie back with help from Disney but seems reluctant to report this agency to TICO for some reason...

Glen, I was reluctant because I don't really know all my consumer rights and didn't want to come across as an idiot when I called. I'm not a very assertive person, it takes a lot for me to put myself out there, and phone calls make me cringe! Thats all that was making me hesitant. All the support on this site really helped
