Is anyone a member of KoKo Fitclub or know anyone who is? I am thinking of joining and wanted hear what people's experiences were.

I've been going for about 3 months..so far have lost weight and can see new muscles...Kind of a good kind of addicting with the pace and computerization. Little pricey, but I always get a good workout and really seeing results. And the computer checks on you if you don't show up for a few days (about a week). I like the motivation and being able to follow online. It is almost gamelike. The machines are like nautilus but really keep you moving...which is always a good thing...:rolleyes1

How much is it? The website for the one by me says $56. Is that correct?

How many times do you go per week?

I am thinking of going this weekend to try it out. I have had to wait until I was fully recovered from gallbaldder surgery and I was just given the ok last week to go back to normal with everything and I really want to join a different gym.

that sounds right. I pay around $50/mo,,,some give you first month free or if you sign up for email I got a $50 off coupon..you do have to buy a device if you want to work out after staffed hours about $25 if I remember right and a signup fee.....(I just remember shelling out about $100.....I usually go 3x a week but you can go more if you want and do cardio too...,,they also have something new called healthtracks to work around health issues and the like....Course I workout at one in the midwest.....Good Luck! :cool1:
