Anyone a fan of Manchester United?

Yeah, that injury to Cisse- I've never cringed so much at a piece of footage in my life! Liverpool have had injury problems, Manchester Unuited certainly were hampered by injuries too so maybe its Arsenal's and Chelsea's turn for some bad luck?

And why, oh why didnt Fergie sign Robben!

Don't worry SplashMtn

I didn't take it the wrong way - people are VERY passionate about football.

BTW Coventry City won 2-1 against Plymouth today, so we're 17th in the table - help we'll be getting a nose bleed being that high - LOL !!

mandymouse:earsgirl:

Poor Plymouth :(, though they did beat the league leaders last week :teeth:

im sorry that im a manchester united fan :( ...you guys probably hate me now lol jp..i know you guys dont ;)

Have to add to this as I'm an Arsenal season ticket holder... soccercruise87 if you like football fair play to you, always good to see the beautiful game getting more fans worldwide.

SplashMtn, do you reckon your reserves will beat our kids? And since when has Sir Alex not taken the prize for arrogance and thinking he's above the law? Wenger saying he doesn't see it is just diplomacy!

i actually like Arsenal too ::yes:: ....i like Henry..i watch their games on Fox Sports World here in the USA.

Don't suppose you know if Fox Sports World is one of the channels you can get in the Disney Resort hotel rooms? Or in the ESPN cafe? We are frantic to watch the games we miss while at WDW, including the little matter of a home game to Chelsea....

i dont think the resorts have Fox Sports World but im pretty positive the EPSN Cafe will have it, they have lots of tv's. When are you going to WDW?

off on 1st December, so will miss a few big games. come on you gunners!!!!!!!!!!:Pinkbounc :D

P.s: are the games live or recorded highlights

Arsenal fan Man and boy since watching Charlie George securing the double in 71,Of course to your typical Man Utd fan their history only goes back 12 years!!

Well thanks to Pete being an ardent Man U fan he's persuaded me that I should join him and his sons in cheering them on, Bryn (my 12 yr old son who never before showed an interest in football) has even become a huge fan and wears his Man Utd shirt with pride!!

Sad to say my real allegiance lies with West Ham (big sigh!) as I used to go to all of their home games when I was an Essex girl, however, seeing as I'm now a Southampton lass I give the Saints a cheer too (and boy do they need that right now!!).

I'm not so sure on the perception that a lot of Manchester Utd fans are the younger portion of the population, most of the fans I know are my age or older.

Astrid :)

Well, I am a Liverpool supporter just like Cochise :)

My brother supports man Utd though and this led to some interesting exchanges of opinion as we were growing up :teeth:

We still haven't grown out of it, although I have been less bullish over the past few years :(

I'm looking forward to a swift return to our old trophy winning ways under Raphael Benitez :bounce:

Well when we were growing up in the 80's (The Glory Days :)) I had lots to say about how great Liverpool were and how Man Utd were a load of rubbish.

Sadly the 90's rolled around and they started to win everything in sight and we lost all direction in favour of partying and white Armani suits

Yes we are still the greatest english club in history, but the last 10 years or so have been rather lacking in acheivement, other than the triple cup year of 2001.

So at the moment I tend to avoid winding my brother up about Man Utd being rubbish because I know that I'm going to get a hard time back ;)

Well we pinched that one off you celtic bhoy, Our Fields of Anfield Road.

Ah well so i wont say go gers tonight :smooth:

I will still shout the name of LFCfrom the highest mountain no matter if we have gone 50 years without a title or not. I have LFC written through me like a stickof rock
