It was HOT last night, there's just no other word for it! Does anyone think Danny and Elena will get together? I thought it was so sweet when he put her daughter in the car and told her good night.

I love good TV!!!!

I missed the very end of last night's show, so I didn't see the car scene. DH and I were watching and laughing about how weird it would be for two co-workers to have to dance/watch the dancing and make out. Without a Trace is a pretty good show. We usually watch it and like it. What's going on with Jack and the woman. I missed a few epis recently, but plan to keep watching.

I love this show... but did not get to watch last night episode..
can anyone recap for me ?/

I DVR'd it. I'll try to watch it soon! :happytv:

Our DVR only captured the first 26 minutes (due to the previous show running over). So I erased it. Hope to catch it on reruns.

I love this show too. Wish it didn't come on at 10:00. I usually fall asleep before its over. Missed this weeks show because the football game ran over pushing everything else late.

I have been catching up on missed episodes on TNT during the week. :cool1:

Here's a recap for those of you who didn't catch it:

Elena had to go undercover at a strip club and Danny was her partner for the case. So he came to the club and pretended to buy her for a "private" deal. (This was obviously part of the set-up.) Then they had to go to a hotel room and "pretend" to hook up until the rest of the detectives could find the ringleader for this scam, who was watching them from hidden cameras. Basically, they had to make out, and you could tell they enjoyed it. Then at the end they went together to pick up her daughter from her mom's, and Danny put them in the cab to go home. He told her good night, but I thought for sure they were going to...well, I was surprised when they said good night.

Love this show and have been catching up on past seasons on TNT. Last night was the show where Elena was added to the team. At the end of the episode Danny cames back into the office and Elena stopped him and said something like "let's keep our old baggage out of the office". So I'm thinking they might have already been together at one point. This weekends episodes did have some great lines.

So THAT'S why my DVR missed the show. Stupid football games.

We normally TIVO Amazing Race and Without a Trace on Sunday nights. I've added season passes for Cold Case (to catch the end of Amazing Race) and our local news (to catch Without a Trace). This week we finally saw both shows to completion. :thumbsup2

That's one of the bad things about a Sunday night slot - they get pushed back by football. I was in chat and heard that Amazing Race was starting 30 minutes late so I had DH DVR both the 9 pm and 10 pm slots to catch it all.

My favorite episode ever was the one with Laurie Metcalf (she was absolutely awesome as a frantic mother) and her son Sean disappeared. It was so realistic. I was really moved by it. The boy was ok and it ended good, but really made me think about my teen and the daily lives we live and how something like that could turn your whole life upside down. And it made you think, Gosh, what would I do? Anyway, I just had to mention that :thumbsup2 It truly is a very well acted show with good story lines.
