I have some extra weight I want to get off, and from what I've seen, this diet works great. It's the one where you take drops and eat 500 calories per day. It would help to have a partner or two as my husband is no help. You are actually discouraged from working out a lot while on the part of the diet where you are losing the weight.

The average women should get about 1400 to lose weight...so it is drematically lower than the average. Everything I've ready says not to drop below 1200 calories per day. Please be careful with it and make sure you do a vitamin too!
