Anybody there today (2/18)? My friend said all 3 HP rides are down!

I have a friend at Universal today with her two girls and she said Hagrid's, Hogwarts, and Gringott's were all broken! Ugh, can you imagine!? They wasted entire early magic hour waiting in line for Hagrid's which never opened.

Looking at the App right now, it shows that Hagrid's has virtual line and that Gringott's is open (100 min wait at the moment). Forbidden Journey looks like it might be down as there is no wait time listed (but it doesn't say specifically that it's down).

Oh that's a bummer!
I doubt all 3 are down very often at the same time....but certainly a possibility...
