Thanks for responding. I agree that the portions are small. I guess we are so used to eating large portions, that "normal" portions seem like so little. I am just into my third week now & am getting used to the portions. Sometimes I still want more, but...
Good luck with Atkins. I have done that off & on for a few years. When I first did it I lost about 20 pounds, but that was all I needed to lose. Since then, I have gained it back plus a lot more. I have a hard time even looking at eggs! But I do like that you can always have something to eat if you are hungry.
