Anybody know what's going on with the website where you pick your magic band for your stay?

I'm trying to pick a magic band for my resort stay and there are all the new options beyond the basic solid colour ones. But when I try to choose some of them, they just give me an error message. I found a couple that let me go one extra step to where you can click to complete the order, but then I hit another error there. Anybody else out there trying the same thing today?
 
It’s been going on for a while. If you get an error it seems to mean they cannot fulfill the order. I had to keep clicking on choices until I could get 4 to go through. In my own case, I couldn’t get the premium band I wanted to go through to check out so gave up and got a solid band.
 
I had some issues choosing bands yesterday too. I ended up getting (and being charged for) one of the newer special bands and the rest I ordered in the regular colors. Since we’re planning a trip that is in less than a month, I’ll be checking frequently to ensure the order is processing normally.
 

When, and if I can get a order to go through, do I have to order one for everyone on the reservation at the same time, .or can I order one than when and again if they have one I want for someone else, order it at that time

You do have to order for everyone at the same time. You cannot go back and add another one or change your selection. A lot of people have been having issues with bands selling out quickly and being prevented from checking out.
 
I just wish I knew if there was any point to the "retry" option when you click on a specialty band and it doesn't go through. Either it is out of inventory and no amount of retry will bring it back, or it is website glitchiness and it is worth keeping on trying. So confusing.

I was never able to get ours ordered but we already have MBs but if you don't and want to pick them out, I would call. I had the same error. I wish the error message actually told you which bands you chose that they don't have so you don't have to keep trying. I changed our choices of plain color bands a bunch of times and never got it to work.
