Anybody know how GCV sale is going today?

Just curious if anybody has heard anything about selling out or close to selling out?

I'm attending the Saturday Grand Californian day, plan to get 120 points. Both my rep. and the general DVC sales line state that there are lots of points still left and that I can wait until Saturday to buy them.

We'll be there tonight and will see what they share with us. Have no fear, we've already purchased at GCV about a month ago.

I'm hoping they don't have better incentives! Though what we got when we bought was fine.

I can only add the incentives for a 500 point purchase:
500 Points
$9/pt ($4500 credit which can be used against your down payment
Adventures by Disney for 2 (more destination choices than the 320 point offer)
or 7 nights at the Grand Wailea Resort in Hawai'i
Plus 7 nt at an RCI resort
2 annual passes
1 night stay in either the Mickey Mouse Penthouse or Irate Suite in the DLH

They did say there were even more attractive incentives for even larger purchases

The Villas at GC are going for $112/pt; no payments until June; no closing costs; and if you finance through Disney, you're automatically approved.

And my notes show the credit at the 100 point level as $5/pt for a total credit of $500 that could be used as part of the down payment. With the larger purchases, the increased credits per point lowered the actual down payment below that needed for a 100-point purchase.
