Hi guys
Could do with some help, my company have asked me if i want a fuel card for work, I have no idea if this would benefit me at all, I went on the inland revenue web site and couldn't make head nor tail of what they were going on about!!

I do about 5500/6000 business miles a year and about 3000 personal, I expect my business miles to increase soon though due to traveling to another project.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

It depends on what they currently pay you for your business miles and whether you have a company car or not.

It benefits if you do a lot of private mileage, if you currently get business miles paid for the it may not be to your advantage.

You can PM me if you want and I could explain more but would need to know the above details first.

Don't know about fuel cards, but if you get a Texaco card any points earned can be exchanged for Virgin Air Miles :)
