Anybody have a Disney themed tattoo?

I have one tattoo on my left shoulder blade... it isn't totally Disney themed, but it is a red rose (in honor of my mother) but in the center of the rose (partially opened) is a small Mickey head. Rather cute, I think

Good lord! I can't believe how many folks have tatoos or want tatoos! I was at a water park last week and I swear that DH and I were the only adults there without them! We live in Texas and I think every other guy had a longhorn skull tatooed on his chest!

Forgive me,, but I still associate tatoos with old men. My grandpas and uncles were in the Navy, and they all had eagles and bare breasted ladies tatooed on themselves. I'm sure the large eagle tatooed on my uncle's chest looked great when he was a buff sailor in the Pacific in WWII...but as he became less "buff" and his chest wrinkled and sagged, that eagle looked pretty darned pathetic!

Nope, no tattoos yet....maybe someday, but the cool ones from PI always seem to do the trick for me when I'm at Disney!

I have the Mickey icon with the word Disney in the classic Disney font under it on my right arm. A lot of people wonder why I have it, but those who wonder will never understand.

I really want one too. Maybe it's my mid-life crisis.

I would like a small Disney-themed tattoo either on my ankle or on the small of my back. DH has tattoos and says they don't hurt real bad.

I know a woman who is 60 who just got her first tattoo. If she can do it, I think I can.

Thanks for all the input . I'm such a wimp and the idea of the pain is really all that's stopping me. I hadn't heard that the ankle was one of the more painful places but that does make sense. I just can't think of another area I would want it.

My dh is probably going to get another tattoo on his inner arm in the next month or so and I want to go with him and watch to see if I can get a sense of the pain . He has other tattoos but he had them before I met him so didn't get to watch those.

If I do it, I'll definitely post a pic!

Go for it..It hurt, but it was totally worth it! If it didn't hurt some, it wouldn't be the trophy that it is...Not for sissies!!

missypie, so funny about what you wrote about your uncle and his sagging tattoos! Saturday Night Live did a very funny fake commercial about young ladies who get tattooed on their lower back, then years later it sags down to their butts.. as they always say in advertising, and I think it applies here...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...

Cindy'sGusGus, I am going to send you a pm about where in Orlando you got your Tigger tattoo. This artist has got to be an expert in Disney Tattoos, right?
