Anybody going to stick witht the old plan rather than flex points?

I was just wondering if any WW people are going to stick with the 123 plan rather than going with the flex points. I was going to try flex points but I'm used to the "old" way and it works for me so I don't know if I'm going to switch. So, if you have tried flex points are you sticking with it or switching back?
 
Hi Cindy! I am a creature of habit and it takes me a while to change, so much so that I am following the original 123 Success program! I just received my WW magazine that explains the flex points, but I haven't decided to try it yet....if it ain't broke, I don't see a need to fix it! So to answer your question, I am sticking with the old program....for now anyway.
 
I'm sticking to the old. The only difference is my "target" which is 3 points lower than what I have been eating. So I guess if I eat to my old points range that would use up 21 of those "flex" points. I figure what I've been doing since April is working...so if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
 

I am also just sticking with the 1-2-3 Success plan. I started using that a few years ago and it worked (and is working now) so I am going to stick with what I know is working for me. I figure if I hit a patch where it is not working I can always look into the Flex plan.
 
I have been using the flex plan for two weeks now. Last week I only had a .2 loss, so we will see what happens. It has been nice having the extra flex points this week while being on vacation, but I still feel like I use my "targe" 22 points so quickly. More quickly than with the 20-25 points.

The verdict is still out, and I think it will take me several weeks to see if I like it better or not. I really am hoping that my body will loose with more points.........so we will see.

I think that the best way, is to stick with what you are comfortable with and what works.........or changing if you are comfortable with that too. I decided to try, since I figure this is a life changing journey.

I haven't decided which one I like better ... I like the idea of having the Flex Points given to you at the beginning of the week because it means that I don't have to plan my entire week out. I know that if I'm going out, I'll already have some extra points available. Even though, I have 35 FP, I'm telling myself that I'm only going to use 21 of them. Under the 123 plan, I would have been in the 18-23 range ... so if I give myself 3 points a day, that would be 21 for the week. Last week, I had a pretty big loss (2.6 pounds) but I'm not sure if that was Bloat Fairy leaving or the new program :p *lol* ... I'm going to stick with it for another couple of weeks and see what happens.
 
Since I'm doing WW online, I'm kind of stuck using the new Flex Points. It's so much easier to let the computer add up everything for me!! Anyway I have my doubts about the new program, but I did see a 3 pound loss this week, so we'll see.
