This company is being recommended by some realtors who rent homes. Their ticket prices seem to be lower than UT. Does anybody know if they are legitmate?

TIA

Yes, we bought our tickets from them in 2007..so I always check prices with them when we need to buy tickets. The only thing is, the prices you see do not include tax...so with that being said UT is cheaper if you go through the MouseSavers link. The prices on UT include the tax.

I priced Kissimmee Guest Services (KGS) and Undercover Tourist (UT) for 5-day MYW base ticket. KGS tickets seem lower-priced because they don't include tax in their posted prices, nor do they post shipping cost, which I could not see unless I gave them all my personal info + email + cell #. UT posted prices include tax and free shipping.

KGS 5-Day MYW $237 + (hidden 6.5% tax $15.41 + hidden shipping cost which I couldn't access) = $252.41 PLUS shipping $_???_

UT 5-day MYW = $246.95 Total including tax and free ship

The KGS price of $252.41 is the same as Disney's walk-up or reservations price. Yet, I presume you want the tickets shipped, and they don't advertise free shipping, so presume a shipping charge on top of that. They are located in Celebration, FL, and perhaps the RE agents you heard from were relating to tourists renting condos in the Celebration area who will just stop by their office in person.

If time 'til trip is short, just buy at Disney. Otherwise, I would go with UT for the best, upfront price including tax and free shipping. To save an additional $5/ticket, subscribe to Mousesavers Newsletter http://www.mousesavers.com/newsletter.html. This comes to your email around the 15th of the month and there is always a link there to UT for this additional ticket savings. I have used this myself and I am extremely impressed with UT pricing and policies.

Looks to me like they don't discount at all, unless you give them a promotional code. Seems weird to me.

They do have a price matching guarantee - but their requirements say to match a web site price, they must have a physical address (OK) and an "Official Location" icon - not sure what that is. UT has the Selected Ticket Seller icon.

But if it is just a price match, why go through the trouble of getting them to honor it?

thanks, everybody! (especially Poohsie for the extra "legwork" :worship:)

I had a code from a rental company, and it appeared to discount the tix quite a bit, but I also knew that didn't include tax and shipping. I was really curious about how legitimate they are.

Looking at these responses, however, made me think about it again. I've used UT twice in the past three years, and I was very pleased (of course)...so even if I found out I could somehow save a dollar or two (couldn't possibly be more once taxes and shipping were added), I think I'd prefer to give UT my business.

Thanks again!
