Anybody ever take the Lynx Bus from Airport to TTA?

Just wondering about your experience!;)

Paging Tom Morrow, Paging Tom Morrow. Your party from Saturn has arrived..... please give them a ring!

I don't think you can take a Lynx bus all the way to the TTA (TomorrowLand Transit Authority)..... ha! I am just messing..... I know you meant TTC (Ticket and Transportation Center). Just having some fun with you.

I know people have done it, but I personally wouldn't want to take that much time to save some bucks...... hopefully someone with more experience will come along.... I know people have posted exact route numbers and transit times for that route in the past...

Have a great day.

Lynx Link 111 is the bus between Orlando International Airport (OIA) and Walt Disney World, including the Ticket & Transportation Center (TTC).

Here's the schedule:

I've never taken a Lynx bus anywhere, so I can't share personal experience. According to the schedule, the route uses surface streets as well as SR-528 and I-4. I would expect numerous stops at bus stops and traffic signals.

But the route operates every half hour and requires no transfer. It seems like a bargain for just $2.00 full fare.

I'm a nut for public transportation options that cut out ridiculously priced captive-airport pricing. I've taken buses and trains to/from EWK, PHL, BOS, YYZ, CLE, ORD, MDW, STL, ATL, but never MCO!
.
Last time I looked a couple of years ago, one had to transfer in downtown Orlando which made the one-way trip close to 2 hours, but the posted schedule looks closer to 70 minutes which isn't bad at all. Heck, Magical Express with all the stops won't necessarily get you to your hotel much faster!
.
Might be a good alternative next time my wife and son go down a day or two before me and we stay off-property. Then, I can meet them the next day at DtwnDisney and they can enjoy more time at the parks!

Yea, its been cut back to about 1 hour and 18 min give or take traffic on I-4...which has NO stops according to the schedule. It just so happens I saw this bus parked at the Airport one time while I was waiting for the ME bus to come! I almost jumped on it, as I was waiting about 15 min for ME to come!;)
