Anybody ever do the segway tour at FW or Epcot??

Hi everyone
I have been debating this for like 3 years and every year I decide against it, however, I am really wanting to do it, but I was wanting some advice and opinions first, does anyone think its worth it? Please help me decide...thanks

We did it last year in Epcot . It was AWESOEME! You do a 45-60 minute training session in Innoventions. If you are not completely comfortable with the Segway, they will give you a full refund. After that, we toured World Showcase. The Epcot one starts before World Showcase opens. A VIP tour guide is also along to give little info about each of the countries. An added bonus for our group, was the we did the tour on 10/1 which was the 25th Anniversary celebration. We were able to see the daytime fireworks from Japan.
We loved it so much, we are doing it again this October.

OMG! OMG! OMG! SEGWAY ALL THE WAY! Worth it it's the best. Did it 2 x's in my last trip we loved it so much. It's a must do. Do the one at epcot first.
We are doing the one at FW in Aug. I can't wait. Any ??? just ask. It is so much fun can't say enough.

how old do u have to be? how much is the 40min. tour @ epcot? do you make a reservation and where?

You have to be 16 to do this . You need to call Disney Tours to book it.
1-407-939-8687. I wouldn't do the 40 min tour. The fun is taking it out all over Epcot. It is so much fun. I promise you will love it!

The segway tour is what you see CM's driving around Epcot. They show you how to use them then you and ypur group take them out all over Epcot before it opens.

I would not wait till you get there cause they full up fast. I book it ASAP!

Me and the Wife did it back in April, we LOVED it.

We did the 2 Hour Epcot Tour, was definitely worth it. Riding the Segway all throughtout the World Showcase before it opened to the Public was Incredible!

We rode the Segways back in April to. Sat 26 & Mon the 28th. I can't wait to ride the ones at FW. It's to much fun!

So the next year I gave it to my parents for Christmas (my dad is not a Disney fan but was running the 1/2 marathon and we thought it would be something he would enjoy there)
My father - who was begged by his grandchildren to even go - wants to retire to Disney and give the Segway tours...I think that is about the best review of the tour I can give!!

That's great! I said the same thing I want to retire and give the Segway tours to. He's going to love his Christmas present. Lucky him!

And be sure to take your camera, they stop midway thru the World Showcase and give you a great photo op. While our group was taking photos, ALL the characters came marching out from the back and one of our guides arranged for them to pose for a few pics before mvoing on. It was AWESOME!
