Anybody ever complain to someone at Disney and get results, not a form letter?

We also emailed guest relations from the WDW website and had a real person call us at home! We saw a rat in AK next to the pizza place, and wanted to inform Disney about it (not get anything for it). We received an explanation and apology :thumbsup2

What explanantion did they give you?

well....i sorta had a problem with complaining. but not with Disney, with the Photo Pass people who aren't a Disney company, just affiliated with them. anyway i got engaged while they took the photos infront of the castle and we wanted to buy all (9) of the photos but we didn't really have the money so they told us "oh you can go online and order more when you get home!" except.....they lost all our photos. i called the photo pass people enraged and told them that they ruined my whole experience and the woman apologized and told me she would send me the copyright for the 1 package photo we bought and a "special something" but i never got anything....this was about 4 months ago too. i've been too busy to try and call back but now seems like a good time to try again.

A few years back I e-mailed via Disney.com that I had a problem with the entire Fastpass system and it's alleged purpose. I explained, in detail, my objections and received a, sort of, boiler plate response.

Then a few weeks later, I started getting phone calls from customer service. They called several times and I was at work. They continued to attempt to contact me and eventually caught me at home. I spoke with a nice young lady who seemed genuinely interested in what I thought and why. In fact she spent over 40 minutes on the phone asking me questions, listening to my replies and answering my questions.

Unfortunately, nothing changed but I couldn't help but think, wow, this place really does care. My opinion was probably a minority one but it was heard and I felt better.

:thumbsup2
