Anybody else tired of yard markers? Bring on the Holiday Pin!

Did VMK not understand how much I abhored Baseball Month? I was relatively new to VMK: I started playing during the Tomorrowland Month, as I remember buying a couple of those pins from the Emporium (but I do not recall playing with the fervor that I am now).

Then Baseball Month comes along. Now, keep in mind, the reason I wanted to play VMK was because I was so incredibly homesick for Disneyland: I missed the essense and magic of the park. Well, back to my reaction to Baseball Month: it had nothing to do with DISNEYLAND! FOR PETE'S SAKE! The only thing I liked about it was that they came out with Baseball caps with the big D(isneyland) logo.


I love monthes that have to do with the Parks. The reason I loved Halloween and the upcoming Holiday themes is because they are INTEGRATED INTO THE PARK.

I am willing to survive Waterpark Month, even though it is mainly based in Walt Disney World only. I could slightly stand Tron Month, only because it served as a break when I could ready my credits for October.

I absolutely loved the Space Mountain Theme, as it was the first theme that I had been apart of that ACTUALLY HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE PARKS! And then it is cut short... By Football...

So, VMK, to have thrown a big pigskin into my face is not appreciated. Tell me where in DLR I can play football or walk along the grass of a big field. Until then, bring on the awesome room you promised a couple monthes ago (the one that is supposed to emanate 'Classic Disneyland')

Sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone. I just find more fun in the Holiday pin than the yard marker. I wish they would mix it up a bit. Two games yesterday both with yard markers. Why not do 1 game with yard markers and the other with pin?

But, as has been pointed out, lots of ppl want the opportunity to get both. Didn't mean to start a "thing".

I just love that cute pin! (must have more...need more...I'm jones-ing for a pin...must get a life...)

LOL. Actually, I'm pretty much with you Dara. I only have 1 marker and for me, that's really enough. I wouldn't mind having a few more for trade, but I won't cry if I don't have them. I haven't even bought the football room yet. I've already done the quest for the randomizer 4 or 5 times. That's more than enough.
I don't care much for the football theme mainly because I'm not a football fanatic. How ever, I am a Disney and Christmas fanatic.

Now you just drink this up and snack on these tasty cookies. Easy now. I understand. Holiday. Mickey. Ears. Oh, I get it. There there. I'm sure all your Holiday dreams will come true. It's ok. All's fine. There there now. Drink up. Now you just relax... Here, put your feet up on this Ottoman. I'll get a pillow for your head. There. Now let me take the cup and plate. You just close your eyes... dream of your pin... it'll be here... There there.

I don't care for football at all. I don't think most people think of football as Disney. I think most people wouldn't mind the football IF it had come out after some regular Disney things like Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pooh, Tiger. But we got football *** instead*** of Disney characters.

I got 4 markers and don't need anymore. I'm ready for Christmas.
