I used to hate when I would let a kid borrow a pencil and they freakin' stole it.

It's my pencil dude, not yours.

Thankfully, in college everyone has their own pencils. But the other day I was giving people my scantrons like nobody's business. I couldn't believe that many people had actually forgotten to bring some.

How could i forget the gum

Actually i wasn't clear. I don't care if they ask it is when i don't get it back that it bothers me.I usally give them a older shorter almost out of ink pen/pencil.

A few times, okay, but if you ask me everday more than once a day.
You obviously should know that you need to buy your own gum.

I'm like Shelby, I tend to know who returns and who doesn't. If I think they'll return it, I'll lend them one. If I think they won't return it, I lie and say I don't have one.
Oh well.

The gum bothers me too. This random kid in Spanish asked me at least 5 times of a piece of gum. I got fed up one time and said "Do I know you? No, I don't. I wouldn't give you a piece of gum even if I had any". I have no idea who the kid was but that was too bold for my taste.

I barely have any pencils to begin with. Sometimes I don't even have one for myself. No one wants to use my Cars pencils, so I rarely get asked. When I do, they always give them back.

That's how I am too. Some people you just know are really irresponsible and will keep it so they don't get one but if it's someone that I know will give it back then I let them.

Many people in my school ask for pencils. Well, i feel sorry for them and give them one. Then, i usually get them thrown back at me and a bunch of other people.

but when we are writing things and people ask me i say "Nope, sorry only got one" and show them

but if its a best friend or someone i know will give it back, ill lend them a cheapo pen.

It doesn't bother me if they are trustworthy, but if they never give it back I get mad. People dont ask me anymore though, well, not often at least. I try to just pretend I dont have anymore so they cant steal it or anything. I've probably had to spend ten dollars in replacements over the years... no more of that.
