is there anything we can do special for them? do they have cakes or anything???

I've never eaten here, but I've read some good reviews.

You might have better luck posting this on the Restaurants board.

We ate there in April and it was amazing!! :thumbsup2 The food was delicious! I HIGHLY reccommend it! I loved it! :goodvibes I'm not sure about cake but if you call and ask they probably could do something nice for them! HTH!!

Have not eaten there--but I think you can order a cake to have at any of the sit down restaurants--by calling the cake hotline

I ordered one for Father's day to have at Rose and Crown

OMG it is soooo good there!!!! The best pasta I had in my life..it was delicious! I have a review on it in my TR.

Call the cake hotline..here is the number. Ask them if you can order a cake there.

Maybe we just went on an off day but being Italian we were expecting really delicious authentic Italian cuisine Disney style and while the ambiance is amazing and the appetizers were wonderful, we found the food to be so so. I didn't finish my pasta and my husband didn't care for the lasagna. It tasted kind of like canned chef boyardee. For the money spent I suppose we expected more. In addition, the service we had was terrible. It took 30 minutes for our waitress to fill our water glasses after we had asked her. When she asked how our meal was and I told her the pasta was kind of overcooked she sort of smiled and said, "great!" and rushed off. We left and went to France where we purchases a couple of sandwiches.

The food was fantastic and the ambiance is easily the most elegant of all the non-signature restaurants we have dined at. We even had our toddler and 4yo with us and the waitstaff still treated us like royalty.:cloud9: I loved their food it was more inventive than the standard italian bistro fare.

DH and I just ate at Tutto Italia this past Saturday. It was our 2nd time and it was fabulous! We are also both Italian and can say with confidence the food is fresh and authentic. The waiters were friendly and attentive. We never had our glasses go empty and our food was served promptly but we were not rushed. All the pasta is home made and DH had the lasagna and I can assure you it was homemade and tasted nothing like canned food. All the tables around us had clean plates like us and were raving about how delicious the food was! We have ressies to go back in Nov. I can't wait. It is now our favorite WDW restaurant.
