Ok so, Im feeling stupid since I didnt book Cinderella's Royal table, b/c no one in my party wanted to use 2 table service credits. By the time I found out about 1900 Park Fare its been sold out for the dates were going.(ive called for cancellations daily), So my question is will my DD4 get to see Cinderella anywhere else?
We have the Storybook princess dinner booked, but Ive heard its rare that she shows up. Are there any character meet and greet areas that she appears at, without having to have dining reservations?

We got our picture taken with Cinderella in ToonTown, at the Judge's Tent (is that what it's called?) meet and greet area. Along with Cinderella was Snow White and Aurora. We went as soon as ToonTown opened at 10 a.m.; I would recommend that since I can imagine it gets quite a long line later in the day. Even getting there shortly after 10 we still had to wait about 15 minutes to see the princesses.

Oh, I should add that there's no guarantee that Cinderella (or any other princess) will be there that particular day. It varies which characters are there.

We were just at the Storybook dinner at Epcot and she was there but you can count on her being at Toontown.

We also saw her at Princess Storybook Lunch at Epcot, and twice in Toon Town judges tent. Here is what you do. Arrive at MK around 0930. After entering the park, take the train to the ToonTown station. Toon Town does not open until 10, and where the ropes are set up by the train station is very close to the judges tent. We were there with about 3 other families, and Mickey, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Chip and Dale all came out for the rope drop. Once it opened, we went into the tent, and there are 3 lines. The princess line is on the far right. We walked up and were the first people in line. Cindy was there solo. We did go back later in the week, and waited for a few minutes (didn't take the train and it was early afternoon). After about a 5 minute wait, we went in and met Fairy Godmother, Cindy and Snow White.
We had 5 princesses at Storybook Lunch. Picture with Ariel (feet not fins), and then had Aurora, Jasmine, Belle and Cindy.

My princess hunting mission was a big hit with DD4 and DD2.5!

I've seen her in the Princess Room at the Hall of Fame in Toontown every time I've been. I also saw her and the Fairy Godmother in the garden in the back of the France pavillion when I was there last month, but I don't know if she is there often since I have not heard of anyone else seeing her there recently.
