Any way to use a code to book for extended family?

Sorry if this has been addressed previously...we received a code and understand that the offer is nontransferable. However, I was wondering whether any of you have had success booking and paying for a room for family members (i.e. not living at the same address) using a code that you have received in your name. Based on conversations with Disney, I doubt it's possible but I wanted to see whether any of you have had any luck doing this. Thanks!!

You can book multiple rooms..up to 3, I think....using your code...one for them and one for YOU. They cannot use your code if you are not going to be on the trip.

Hi. Can they be at a different resort but the same time as us? We are staying at the Contemporary and there are no regular garden wing rooms available during the same timeframe, so my SIL is thinking of either Poly or WL IF we can still use my PIN.

Can they pay for and use their CC if the room is reserved in my name? I can be there to check them in, but I don't want to give my card to pay or have it mistakenly used for charging to the room key.

They do not have to book for the same number of nights. I have a ressie booked for us, DH, 2 DDs, for 11 nights as WL and our friends from Georgia will be joining us for 4 nights at the end and I was able to use the 40% for both rooms.

Yes...

I did this...was able to reserve a room for myself at the Poly and a room for a friend at All Stars - on my PIN code!

It should be no problem to call back and book their room-- it will actually be a separate ressie, linked to yours.

My DH has joked I'm making next year's taxes much more difficult 'cause we'll have to claim residency in 2 states!

But when I tried to call and reserve two rooms (one for me & my sister and one for my other sister and her family (her husband and two kids), the customer service rep said I could only use the pin on the one room I myself am staying at. I did not book because we all want to stay at the same resort and I may have to rethink the resort if I can't get two rooms with the PIN code. Should I try to call again? Any chance another customer service rep will let me book two rooms with the PIN? Thanks.

CALL back! You should be able top getup to 3 rooms, they MUST have an overlap in days though...I did it August............Best of Luck!

I'm in the same predictament, I'll be watching this thread for updates...............Went from Me, sister, 2 sons and a GF, to now include her son and GF.......figured it out to be cheaper to try and make ressies for 2 rooms........and was hoping this would be good to do with my pin code......Thanks for starting this thread !!!! ........ now crunching numbers to figure out which DP would be better..........and keeping fingers crossed for Fantasmic news on the 21!!!

I was able to book and pay for an additional package for my parents using my pin in Sept. The funny thing is that I used my email address for contact and they just got a pin. Go figure...
