Any updates on GP Free Dinning?

Just wondering for those who have called and asked,is there any updates on when/or if,General Public free dinning will come out?

Disney's system has been down since last night so no word yet....

The website has been updated to say it will be down until 12:00 EST.

I just called the Grand Gatherings number and spoke to a very friendly CM. She said that their system would be down probably until tomorrow morning. She told me that usually the GP code follows the Visa Code the next day. She said there has been no word of a GP code and she said there may not even be one, "this may be Visa Card only" she said.

The website is back up, but no new specials shown...
