Any Twitter and Facebook success in business stories?

Who here has a social media business success story? How have you used Twitter and Facebook and other SM avenues to increase your business?

Have you tried FB advertising? Had success with it? What have you spent on it? Have you had a good ROI.

How about twitter, has it led you to any business relationships and selling opportunities?

I have a list of SM oulets our owner would like to use for self-promotion, I just lack the time to take advantage of them. We have started using Constant Contact for email marketing and so far it has not produced any direct sales, but I just sent out our 2nd email on Wednesday.

We do have a blog, twitter and FB accounts set-up...again, I just lack the time to use them.

If your name was Michael Dell you could post a thread here saying yes, you made . They made money off of twitter in 2008 (1 million) and 2009 (3 million).

I have some interesting stories about it, but you have to pick one or two at the most instead of trying to be on all things to be really successful.
