Any tips on when to book or any upcoming specials for a Feb trip?

We are thinking of going back to Disney in Feb and were wondering if anyone has any tips on any upcoming specials like free dining or buy a few days get a night free like they had in the past?

Do they have a pattern on when its free dining or a free day after so many days booked ect, or should we book now with no specials going on? Are there any specials going on for a Value Resort for Feb?

The place to look is mousesavers.com. Here's the latest deal, but it's been available for several weeks, so the discounted rooms may be gone for the dates that you want.
