Any Tiger/Cub Scout Families?

My ds is about to become a Tiger Scout. We went to an info meeting for new members on Tues and our first pack meeting is this Tues. He gets to go on a camp-out at the end of September. He is so excited. I'm glad I don't have to camp with him! That's a Dad thing, imho!

Signed my little rugrat up Tuesday. He was a Tiger cub last year and had a blast. We had 16 boys in our pack the first couple of months (oh my aching head) until we split into two packs. Have fun!

My DS is now 14 and has been in scouting since Tigers. I hope it's an active group you are in. This is their first taste of scouting and you want it to be fun. My sister is looking now for her DS to join where they live. I hope your DS stays in and gets to experience all that scouting has to offer. My DS got a little bored by the last year of Cubs. I made him stay since the next year was Webelos and everything starts gearing up for Boy Scouts and much more camping and learning skills etc. good luck

All 3 were Tiger Scouts. Two lost interest after Webelos but the youngest is now a boy scout.

I just signed my DS up for tiger cubs this week too. I'm going to get his uniform shirt on Monday. He is very excited!

I did the Tiger Scout troup and had a blast with our boys. Enjoy, these are the best of times. Lots of work but worth it all.
