We've stayed there several times. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained (I believed they renovated all the suites in 2005). The staff is great and it's reasonable walking distance (15 minutes w/little ones) to DL. The ART shuttle stops there at the hotel, so you have that option as well.
We like the place because of the large suites (we usually stay in the 1-bedroom). The full kitchen comes in handy when you don't want to shell out every single hard earned dollar you have. And the bedroom is nice (especially at night)... since we can put the kiddos to bed and we can watch tv in the living room until we're ready to go to bed.
They offer a continental breakfast (everyday) and evening snacks (Mon-Thurs only). The staff has always been great... and very helpful.
My only recommendation is that if anyone in your party is a light sleeper, make sure you request a room AWAY from the street... their pretty heavily traveled (at all hours) and it can be disturbing if you're a light sleeper.
