Any teens on the 12/27/03 Magic cruise?

I have a niece who is a freshman in high school (14 yrs. old) and I really want her to have fun on our cruise. I think she is worried that she's not going to meet anybody her age. I keep informing her about all the activities they have planned and about the new teen hangout (Stacks).

She's not the type to go up to someone and introduce herself. But once you get to know her, she can be pretty outgoing.
So, anybody cruising over New Year's with teenagers?

Any advice will help! Thanks.

We're on the 12/27 Magic and are cruising (for the 3rd time) with our two DSs (Matt -14 and Sean -11)!!

Tell your neice not to worry, she will meet lots of kids and make new friends. On our cruise last year, Matthew could barely spend time eating dinner with us for fear he was going to miss something with his new friends.

May they could speak before the cruise if that eases her mind and gives her someone to look for on the ship. I'm sure he would be happy to do that. PM me if you want to exchange numbers or e-mail addresses.

Also, we have a thread going for our cruise on Cruise Meets. We are planning a DIS meet and greet on Sunday at 4 pm in the Promenade. Please come join us!!

I'm sure my niece will find kids to hang out with. She just needs to be open to meeting new people.

We've got a thread going on for our cruise on "Cruise Meets" and it looks like we'll be doing a Meet and Greet that Sunday at 4pm in the Promenade Lounge

Hopefully we'll all get to meet each other!!

We have a DD14 and a DS16 going and they'll look forward to meeting the other teens from our little group. Get her a lime green button or ribbon so other Disers will know her and make her feel welcome. Bring her to the meet on Sunday at 4, out teens will probably be there.
