Any suggestions for Orlando during August?

Hello!

I will be going to Orlando the first week of August. It's the first time I will visit alone, on a budget and without a car. I know August is peak season, and I would like to get some recommendations about anything.

Also, if there is anyone visiting on the same week, let me know.

Hi, my suggestion about August would actually be, don't! Any other time of year would be better in every way. I made the mistake once of visiting in August, and the weather was so humid that it just wasn't fun.

I will be staying at Champions World Resort most of the time and I really have no plans except for attending a wedding at the end of the week. Therefore, I am open to suggestions.

Hi, my suggestion about August would actually be, don't! Any other time of year would be better in every way. I made the mistake once of visiting in August, and the weather was so humid that it just wasn't fun

Unfortunately (or fortunately), I am going on August so I will have to deal with the humidity (oh, my hair!)

Too bad about the weather, but since you're attending a wedding, it make sense after all that you're going in August. I hope you have fun anyway!
