Any Suggestions for Celebrating DD's 11th B day?

My DD will be celebrating her 11th birthday while we are at WDW in May. Can you give me some suggestions for a fun afternoon or evening? Is there a restaurant or character dining that does something special for birthdays? We already have PS at Cinderella's Royal Table for my DD16. Thank you!

We really like O'hana's for dinner but there are no characters but we like the atmosphere. We often try to schedule our dinner so that afterwards we can go outside to the beach at the Poly and watch the fireworks.

Thank you. We stayed at the Poly last year but did not get to try O'hana's. Maybe we could get lucky enough to see the boat parade, too.
