Any special rates for opening of Pop Century?

I can't seem to find anything except rack rate information on the Pop Century value resort opening in December. Does anyone know if $77-87 is about as good as it will get?

It's kind of early for any December discounts. I am staying there opening night and I think I am paying $85 per night. I hope some codes or something comes out but I am just happy this place is finally opening. Keep watching these boards for the codes!
