Nope. Speculation is that it could remain closed until the WAVE redo is complete since that's the kitchen used for the food offerings.

Nope. Some speculate that they are waiting for the new Steakhouse 71, formerly the Wave, to be completed.. since the lounge shared the kitchen. Others speculate that they might just do away with it or institute a cover fee.

Nobody knows, though.

I imagine they start charging for that too and then that will no longer be on our list of things to do.

When it'll reopen the lift will stop at every floor on the way up. Or you can pay for the Lightning Lift add-on which will allow you go straight to the Top. Soon, on Genie+.
To accommodate the new service, BLT guests will have to take the stairs.

Maybe they will remodel the lounge and put a solid wall with individual booths for viewing the castle. Cost will be minimal during the day but surge pricing during the fireworks.
