Any reviews on Pooh's Palace or Lilo's Paradise at WH?

I am wondering if anyone here has stayed at either Pooh's Palace or Lilo's Paradise in Windsor Hills, owned by the Quinns?

We are looking at staying there in Feb 2009, and would love to here any thoughts about it.
