Any reviews for the tea parties? Alice in Wonderland or the Sleeping Beauty one?

My DD is really wanting to do one of these tea parties, but they seem pretty pricey. I'm wondering if the experience is worth the money or not? She'll be almost 5 when we go in October and I'm not crazy about leaving her alone for the Alice in Wonderland party. Can parents stay/watch or do they have to leave? I've googled it and found differeing answers on this. Has anyone done both and can give me a comparison? ANY info you have on these would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

I haven't done the Alice tea, but did take my DD to the Sleeping Beauty one when she was 4. We had a great time, and I feel it was worth the money for the experience, but would not repeat it. The girls do not get much one on one time with Aurora, which I knew going in, but do get to hear some wonderful stories and songs from Rose Petal (I think that was her name?). After it's finished, they pick one girl to lead a "princess parade" around the lobby of the GF and then there's a photopass photographer who takes a pic of each girl on the stairs. They get a doll dressed as Aurora, a charm bracelet, a rose and a scrapbook page (all included in the price). The tea itself is nothing special...pb&j, grapes, and strawberries for the kids, and tea sandwiches, grapes, and strawberries for the adults, and then everyone gets a slice of the cake, which was wonderful. If you are looking for a special one on one girly experience, and your daughter is really into princesses, then I would recommend it.
