Any Reports of Special Return Rates?

I know a while back there were some offers of "return rates", i.e. booking while you are at Disney for a future vacation at a good discount.

IS this still happening? Anyone try to book while you are there in DW on vacation?

I asked about those over Christmas at the end of our WL stay. The front desk had no idea what I was talking about. They transferred me to reservations, who said there were no such discounts. No luck when I tried...

I also tried this last weekend at Pop Century....no such luck.
