Any recourse if Disney LOSES your ADR??

Did she contact Disney Lost and found about the stroller? They are wonderful. We lost my grandson's sandal one trip. I told them the last time we saw it was at the haunted mansion and it was brown. It took them about 3 minutes to check and, sure enough, they had it. We drove right over and they gave it to us. The park hopper can be added to the ticket any time in the first 14 days after it was used so that can be fixed too. They just need to go to guest services at the entrance of any of the parks or DTD.

After we make our ADR's I type up a list of all the restaurants, days, times and confirmation numbers. I have a copy for the hotel and a copy to carry around the parks with us. Once Le Cellier couldn't find our ressie but remarkably enough they squeezed us in anyway. We later found out it was because they spelled our last name wrong.

My DW does the same.

Thanks again for all the great advice! Turns out a lot of you were right. They had it on the wrong day. Not only that but they had it under the wrong phone number as well. But in the end they managed to find it. I hope she has learned her lesson and will at least write down the confirmation #s from now on. She's had a lot of glitches on her trip, this being only one. She also lost her stroller at MK  (I am convinced the "stroller police" just moved it), her husband bought the wrong kind of tickets :scared1: (wanted parkhopper but bought regular), and then there was the missing ressie:scared:. She appears to be slightly cursed.

I found this thread a little late, but this happened to me as well. They had an incorrect phone number for me (one digit off) and gave me a scare when ALL my ADRs were missing for our last trip. So I was going to suggest confirming her phone number with them because that is how they located all my ADRs. I hope they have a good trip despite all the mishaps! :wizard:

oh darn! i wish i had known that a couple days ago. It's probably too late now. I think they leave in a day or 2, but I will still pass the info along. Plus I don't know if it would work for them bc they got their tix from some non-Disney hotel that discounted them bc they sat through a 3 hour sale's shpiel. Again, NO WAY i could go to Disney and waste a whole morning to save a $150!!:sad2:
