I am taking some pretty intense classes this summer and working full-time. The classes are after work Monday through Thursday until about 8 p.m. I have an early work schedule so I won't have time to run before, and given that the gym closes at 10 p.m., that may limit my half marathon training. Should I do short workouts on the days of class, or use those days as rest days and increase my runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday? I want to be prepared for the DL half but want enough time to do my homework, and not be too sleep deprived.
