We were at the World for 10 nights on the paid DDP since we rented DVC.

Here's were we ate:

Beaches and Cream

Boardwalk Bakery

Chef Mickey's(dinner)

Pinochios Village haus

Flame Tree Barbecue

Cape May Cafe(dinner)

Sci-Fi(lunch)

Espn Club

Princess Storybook Breakfast

LeCellier

Earl of Sandwich

Spoodles

Crystal Palace(lunch)

Toy Story Pizza Planet

Lilo and Stitch Breakfast

1900 Park fare(dinner)

Caseys

LTT

As you can see, if I wrote a review on all these it would take forever. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

What did you think of Chef Mickey's dinner and 1900 Park Fare dinner? I'm going to both of these in Dec.

My only question is how did you keep up the pace for 11 days? I was stuffed after 5 days and I love to eat and it shows! Plus I had a few credits left over, thereby failing in the mission - LOL!

We love Chef Mickeys and eat there at least once per trip. The characters were great, the food was OK as usual . Desserts out of this world also. A fun place to be.

We celebrated DD's 3rd birthday at 1900 Park Fare. She loves Cinderella and we wanted to try this vs the castle. We actually liked the food at Chef Mickeys better. I thought there was more of a variety. But what was there was good. The desserts at Chef Mickeys are better too, but the characters are wonderful.

Have fun!

We also had a few credits left over, counter and snack. We used all our table services.

We did eat way too much, plus also ate when we weren't hungry. :teeth: Now I have to get back to reality. We stopped and ate dinner on the way home from the airport yesterday. DS was looking at the menu and started naming appetizers and desserts. DH and I are like, we have to pay for this now. We'll split an appetizer and see about dessert.

Tell me about your experience at Spoodles, please. What did you have/ how did you like it? And at PVH, did you have the cannoli for dessert? If so, did you like it as much as I did?

We loved Spoodles. I almost cancelled it, because of the recent reviews on it before we left.
DH and I both had the garlic shrimp appetizer, DS had the cheese flatbread (which is basically cheese pizza) DS and DD devoured it.
DH and I both had the New York Strip Steak. YUMMY! DS also had the kids steak. He ate the whole thing!
For dessert we had the :Make your own sundae. Very good too. We would definetly eat there again!

Sorry at PVH we didn't have the cannoli's. I'll have to remember that for next time.

How was LeCellier (lunch or dinner?)?
And also Lilo and Stitch Breakfast + where was that at?

SO which ones were your favs best and worst of the bunch?? ALso, how was the Lilo and Stitch bfast? DS loves stitch so I am hoping there is alot of interaction and DH will be concerned with the quality of food and hates cold food he usually finds on buffets. Thanks!

LeCellier dinner: It was great! DH had the mushroom filet, I had the Prime Rib,,YUMMY!!

Lilo and Stitch breakfast was at O'hanas. It was cute. Family style breakfast. Stitch is "bad" sometimes. He stole my DD's cup and pretended like he was drinking from it.

We loved LeCellier and Spoodles the best. Chef Mickeys is always the kids favorite.
Flame Tree Barbecue at AK was just plain AWEFUL!!!! DH said it was the worst meal he ever had. And he's not hard to please.

Lilo and Stitch Breakfast was cute. The food was descent, served family style, not buffet. There is a conga line they do with the kids too around the restaurant. Stitch is "bad" he stole my DD's sippy cup and pretended he was drinking from it. It was a nice meal, we'd do it again.

Did you have ADR for the TS places you went? Could you just walk in for a TS meal?

Yes, I had ADR's for all our TS meals.

I seen some people walkup that day and get into the restaurant without an ADR though.
Spoodles, LTT, Crystal Palace

But places such as: Chef Mickeys, Le Cellier and Sci-Fi were turning people away.

How was the Cape May for dinner? This restaurant intrigues me, I can't decide if I like the idea of breakfast or dinner there. One person in our party is allergic to shellfish, would they be able to get something to eat there?

I am allergic to shellfish and ate at Cape May's. I was fine. They have a lot of other entrees to choose from on the buffet.

They have some other things, but the main thing on the buffet is clams. It was an OK buffet, even though I don't eat clams. We were staying at the BCV and wanted something close after spending the whole day at AK and swimming.

I don't think I'd make a special trip, if I wasn't staying in that general area.

We too will be there for 10 days on the DDP and I have most of our ressie's made. I was wondering about Sci-Fi. Did you enjoy it? There will be DH, I and 2DS's. :wave2: Counting the days! Your info has been very valuable - Thanks

We love the Sci-Fi . Its the only request my DH has every trip.

The kids love this place also. We always get burgers though and they're always good. I did get the shrimp Primavera last year and it was good also. We got the Artichoke Dip for an appetizer.. YUM YUM!! pirate: pirate: (DS is watching me write this and wanted to click on the pirate)

Plus some say you can get a milkshake for your dessert. But our waiter let us get a milkshake for our drink, plus a dessert. You could have rolled me out of there.
