Worked for me and I live in New York. Upgraded to WL instead of Coronado AND saved $300 (would have been $1000 if we didn't upgrade) with the discount.

Didn't see it on the WDW page either, but the link in this thread worked.

Does anyone know if you book this and then check into the hotel that they can change your rate if you are not a resident of Canada?
